this workshop is for you.
I’ll be sharing practices from my training as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (from Colorado School of Energy Studies), while my friend and somatic therapy colleague, Justin Haber, brings his experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and scholar of interpersonal neurobiology.
It’s going to be a rich, experiential dive into relational attunement and how to co-regulate while staying in your own center.
